Echo Technician

Overview

Location: Muskegon, Michigan
Employment type: Long-term assignment
Shift: 07:00 - 17:30
Schedule: No weekends, no holidays
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Echo Technician (1 year of experience)
Echo Technician experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

COVID-19 vaccination documentation or approved declination/exemption
Influenza vaccination documentation or approved declination/exemption
10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
MMR immunity documentation
Fit test completed on site within one year of start
Hepatitis B series or declination
2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) within one year of start
Varicella immunity documentation
Current Tdap vaccination or approved declination
Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
Criminal background check
Education verification
EPLS screening
GSA/OIG screening
Integrity and audit services form
Respirator evaluation
NSO screening
System access form
Joint Commission testing
Specialty-specific competency testing within one year
Color vision documentation

Additional Notes

Direct patient care personnel must hold American Heart Association BLS certification.
