Description

Registered Nurse — Maternal Child

Location

Gillette, Wyoming

Contract

13 weeks
36 hours per week
12-hour night shifts
Every other weekend and holidays as needed
May also be scheduled on day shifts
Option to pick up extra shifts

Required Qualifications

Current Wyoming RN license before start date, or eligibility for a temporary RN license with a clear background
Minimum 2 years of hospital experience in Labor & Delivery and Post-Partum
Experience with Pitocin and/or magnesium drip
Experience managing antenatal/perinatal high-risk patients
Experience in a tertiary-level facility
BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association
Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
NRP certification

Work Setting

Maternal Child unit
Level II Nursery
C-sections handled by the OR department

Additional Notes

Local candidates are not accepted within a 50-mile radius
8 hours of non-billable orientation
Scrubs are provided
Deliveries under 32 weeks are transferred to another facility
