Cath Lab RN Traveler

Overview

Specialty: RN Cath Lab
Location: Evanston, Illinois
Employment type: Full time
Shift: Days, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Summary

Provide care for adult and geriatric patients during cardiovascular procedures.
Support physicians before, during, and after procedures.
Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, supplies, and inventory.
Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Document patient condition and participate in quality improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
DCI/BVP
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

BSN preferred

Schedule Notes

30-minute on-call response time required
