Registered Polysomnographic Technologist

Location

Bridgeport, West Virginia

Contract Length

13 weeks

Shift

Nights, 12 hours per shift
36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

BLS certification
One of the following: RPSGT, RRT-SDS, or CRT-SDS
Experience with NATUS and scoring

Unit Details

Small sleep lab with 4 beds
Typical patient ratios: 2:1 or 1:1, depending on patient needs
Common patient types include pulmonary, sleep apnea, oxygen-dependent, and cardiology cases
Equipment includes CPAP, BiPAP, and ASV

Schedule Notes

No self-scheduling
Weekends as scheduled
No holiday requirement
No call or standby requirement
No floating requirement

Orientation

One full-day education session at the hospital
One education module to complete
Badge processing through HR
