Radiation Therapist

Location

Show Low, Arizona

Schedule

Monday through Friday, days
40 hours per week
13-week assignment

Required Qualifications

ARRT certification for Radiation Therapist licensure
BLS
Active Arizona license
2+ years of experience

Job Overview

Travel assignment in a regional hospital setting
Administers external beam radiation therapy according to physician prescription
Performs treatment setup, simulation support, QA, chart checks, and documentation
Participates in chart rounds and tumor boards

Work Conditions

Heavy physical demands, including lifting up to 50-100 pounds
Exposure to blood, body fluids, tissues, infectious fluids, chemicals, and upset/disturbed individuals
Constant standing, extensive close work, and extensive computer work
