Physical Therapist

Location

Grand Island, Nebraska

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

Day shift
40 hours per week
Workweek may be Monday–Friday or a shifted schedule such as Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday

Setting

Split assignment between skilled nursing and home health, approximately 50% each
Primarily based in Grand Island, with possible coverage in Hastings or Kearney area as needed

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapy license
BLS certification

Role Details

May supervise 2 assistants
New graduates may be considered
Productivity expectations: 82% in skilled nursing and 95% in home health

Additional Notes

Mileage and drive time are paid between locations and between patients in home health
No on-call or callback
Housing may be available if used, at additional cost
