Occupational Therapist

Location

• Twin Falls, Idaho

Contract

• 13 weeks
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Day shift
• 4 ten-hour shifts per week

Setting

• Inpatient adult setting
• Acute inpatient and rehab coverage
• Potential ICU coverage depending on experience and need

Required Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab

Experience Notes

• First-time travelers are accepted

Work Details

• Treats 10 to 12 patients per day
• Common patient types include ortho total joints, neuro strokes, occasional brain injuries, medical, and general ICU

Schedule Notes

• Rotating weekends unless assigned to weekends as the regular shift
• Holidays as needed
• No self-scheduling

Orientation

• Usually 2 to 3 days in the department
• Travelers should plan on working Monday through Friday, 5 eight-hour shifts, to accommodate onboarding

Additional Notes

• Scrubs are permitted, but must not match the color of other departments
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
