Description
Cardiac Cath Lab RN
Location
- Peoria, Illinois
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Local placements accepted within a 50-mile radius
Schedule
- Day shift
- 10 hours per day
- 40 hours per week
- 6–8 call shifts per month
- Weekend call required every 6–7 weeks
- Holiday call may be required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience / Skills
- Experience titrating drips occasionally
- Cath lab experience is preferred for sharing float coverage if needed
Additional Notes
- Negative drug screen required
- Scrubs are provided
- 12 hours of non-billable orientation
- 2–3 shifts of unit-specific orientation
- Local rate adjustment applies for clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles
- Call-off policy allows the equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks without penalty
