Oncology experience with 2 years of experience
Oncology experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIH Certification
MOAB Moderate Risk
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

MMR documentation showing two vaccines or positive IgG titer; no declinations accepted
Fit test required for all travelers
Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
Health statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment
2-step PPD or IGRA/TB questionnaire documentation
Varicella immunity/vaccination documentation; no declinations accepted
Tdap within 10 years
