Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center
Focuses on adult trauma, post-surgical management for general surgery, vascular surgery, and neurosurgery
8 beds
Patient ratio: 1:1-3

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
STICU - Surgical Trauma Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
STICU - Surgical Trauma Intensive Care experience within the last year
TNCC
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIH Certification
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
