Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Texas
Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

Specialty exam required before first assignment
Core competencies required within 1 year of start
Skills checklist required within 1 year of start
Education verification required within 90 days of start
Employment verification required for the past 7 years
Criminal background check required
EPLS screening required
12-panel drug screen required within 30 days prior to start
Fit test required
MMR documentation required
Varicella documentation required
Hepatitis B documentation required
Tdap required
TB screening documentation required
Health statement or physical exam required
Influenza vaccine exemption/declination is accepted; mask use is required if exempted or declining
