Experience

Prior work experience in a like or related position may be helpful

Work Details

Provides nursing care to residents according to physician orders and regulations
Assists with care planning and updates resident plans of care as needed
Documents resident observations and care provided
Notifies physicians and processes orders
Responds promptly to resident call lights
Educates residents and families/significant others
Uses standard precautions and personal protective equipment
Follows transmission guidelines and hand hygiene practices
Reports signs and symptoms of resident infections in a timely manner

No on-call or call-back available
