Physical Therapist Contract Job
Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Wyoming
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
Additional Requirements
- Must be outside a 100-mile radius of the facility’s permanent address to be accepted
- Compliance documents must be uploaded 5 business days before start
