Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- At least 2 years of experience with vascular/endovascular procedures
- Experience with GE
Job Details
- Day shift
- 36 hours per week
- 9-hour shifts
- Scrubbing required
- Floating required within like units, including support for surgical tech duties
- Call required, including weeknight, weekend, and holiday rotation
- Call response time: 30 minutes
- Hospital-provided scrubs
- Orientation includes one week of scrubbing with a surgical tech

- Last four digits of SSN
- Middle initial
- Requested time off
Additional Notes
- Does not accept RCIS
- Prefers IR experience, but it is not required
- Drug screen required
- Local rate applies within 50 miles of the facility
- Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
