Location

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Schedule

• Day shift
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• May be asked to participate in holiday rotation

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification
• West Virginia license
• ARDMS and/or RVT
• WV CARES required prior to start
• Experience with OB and arterial extremity Doppler
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

• General ultrasound
• OB imaging
• Small parts imaging
• Vascular ultrasound of upper and lower venous and arterial studies
• Starting IVs

Work Environment

• 3 ultrasound scanners/rooms
• No floating to other areas
• Average volume: 35 studies per day
• Siemens S2000 equipment
• EMR: Community Works
• PACS: Intellirad/Intelliconnect
• Radiologist in-house until 5 pm, then on call
• Vrad covers interpreting from 2 am to 6 am

Orientation

• 5 shifts with a preceptor

Additional Notes

• First-time travelers accepted
• Must be within a 50-mile radius
• Unexpired driver’s license copy must be included with submission
• Scrubs may be any clean, professional color
