Shift: Nights, 18:45–07:15

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
Orthopedics experience
Neurology experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Onboarding / Pre-Start Requirements

Signed assignment agreement
Pharmacology exam with a minimum score of 80%
Medical Surgical exam with a minimum score of 80%
EKG exam with a minimum score of 80%
Core competencies exam with a minimum score of 80% or national benchmark passing score
Color vision screening
Nursing onboarding education attestation
Nursing contract worker onboarding completed onsite
