Assignment Details

• 13-week contract
• May be asked to float to different units or facilities within a 35-mile radius of the original assignment
• Floating depends on staffing needs, patient census, and acuity
• Travelers are notified before the scheduled shift if a float assignment is required

Role Focus

• Fast-paced Neurology/Stroke team
• Emphasis on teamwork, clear communication, and helping improve patients’ ability to perform ADLs

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• NIH Certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Stroke experience
• Neurology experience
• Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
• Resume/profile
• At least two professional references
• Ascension resume
• Ascension badge photo
