Job Overview

• Location: Hartford, Connecticut
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 18 weeks
• Shift: 06:30 - 19:00
• Weekly hours: 40
• Scheduling options: 5 x 8-hour shifts, 4 x 10-hour shifts, or 2 x 8-hour shifts plus 2 x 12-hour shifts
• Weekend/on-call: Not required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Connecticut
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine proof, declination, or exemption
• MMR documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Hepatitis B series or declination
• TB screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA within 1 year
• Fit test within 1 year
• Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
• Drug screen completed within 30 days of start
• Criminal background check completed within 30 days of start
• Education verification
• EPLS screening
• GSA/OIG screening
• Integrity and audit services form
• Joint Commission testing
• NSO screening completed within 30 days of start
• System access form completed 1 week before start
• Confidentiality and information security agreement
• Conflict of interest disclosure form
• Code of conduct form
• I-9
• Respirator evaluation
• License/certificate verification completed within 30 days of start

• American Heart Association BLS is required for direct patient care personnel
