Clinical Care Leader / Registered Nurse

Location

Omaha, Nebraska

Schedule

Days
8-hour shifts
40 hours per week
Work week: Sunday through Saturday
On-call coverage

Assignment Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse license
BLS certification from AHA or ARC

Experience

Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process experience preferred, but not required

Role Summary

Provides individualized nursing care in the home setting
Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
Documents resident history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
Uses technology to support resident care and team collaboration
Delegates to and supervises unlicensed personnel
Serves in leadership roles on department or organizational tasks forces and committees

Additional Notes

Local placement within 80 miles
No charge differential at the facility
Housing may be used at local rates
A $500 fee applies if the clinician backs out or quits with less than 14 days’ notice
