Cath Lab Technician

Overview

• Location: Franklin, Wisconsin
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 08:00–17:30, four days per week
• Call: Based on department needs; currently 2–3 weekdays, every 2nd or 3rd weekend, and rotating holidays
• Floating: May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Wisconsin
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• RCIS
• Driver's License

Notes

• Core competencies must be completed within a year of start, with a minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark
• Fit test is required for all travelers and is updated annually
• TB screening and other health/compliance items have specific timing requirements before start and during the assignment
