Job Overview

Contract role in Maine
Night shift
Provides nursing care for patients on the OB unit, including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, nursery, and post-op gyn patients

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
Experience in an acute care setting
Nursery experience
Post Partum experience
BLS
ACLS
Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate
NRP
STABLE
AWHONN
C-EFM

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate assigned patient care under the supervision of the charge nurse
Perform general and unit-specific clinical skills
Follow standards of nursing practice and hospital policies
Manage supplies and equipment
Promote teamwork with physicians and other hospital departments
