Job Overview

Contract role in Rutland, Vermont
Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Requires 2–3 weekend days

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Vermont
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
2 years of Physical Therapist experience
BLS

Responsibilities

Monitor and adjust patient visit schedules to support productivity and patient needs
Communicate schedule changes and care updates to the supervisor and scheduler
Complete patient assessments, care plans, treatment visits, and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and standards
Coordinate patient care, discharges, transfers, and supervision of home care aides as needed
Participate in training, peer review audits, and quality improvement activities
Support billing-related documentation and insurance coverage processes
Participate in marketing and promotion of rehab services
