Overview

• Schedule notes: Some weekends; no on-call; no set schedule or block scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Optional

• NIHSS certification

Onboarding Health Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination, declination, or exemption required for onboarding
• Influenza vaccination, declination, or exemption may be required for onboarding
• 10-panel drug screen must be completed within 30 days of start
• Fit test must use one of the specified mask models
• Hepatitis B documentation must show 3 doses or declination
• 2-step PPD must be no older than 30 days; IGRA must be no older than 90 days
• MMR requires proof of 2 vaccinations or a positive IgG titer
• Varicella requires proof of 1 vaccination or a positive IgG titer
• Physical exam documentation must be from within the last year

• Agency staff do not have guaranteed hours and may be down staffed, reassigned to another shift, or floated within the health system to maintain contracted hours
