Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in New York
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (ASHA)
Bachelor's degree in speech language pathology
Experience in a(n) Long Term Care setting
Experience with Epic

Skills

Excellent communication skills
Excellent assessment skills
Proficient with MS Office and Epic/EMR software
Knowledge of the PDPM reimbursement system
