Intensive Care Unit RN

Overview

3rd shift, 3x12s
36 hours per week
13-week contract
Location: Lexington, Kentucky

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Previous nursing experience
BSN
2 years of experience perm before traveling
travel experience
recent Neuro ICU experience
well rounded ICU experience in total
little to no breaks in service, with longer contracts in work history demonstrating that a traveler has been extended on contract in the past

Direct patient care on the unit, including nursing rounds, assessments, treatments, admission/transfer/discharge activities, patient and family education, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning
