RN MedSurg/Telemetry

Schedule

36 hours per week
12-hour shifts

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

BSN
Previous nursing experience

Key Responsibilities

Performs comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
Provides direct patient care, including nursing rounds, treatments, and care coordination
Supports admission, transfer, and discharge processes
Educates patients and families
Delegates and oversees patient care tasks as appropriate
Participates in unit-based activities and quality improvement efforts
