CVOR RN Weekends
Overview
- Role: CVOR RN
- Location: Austin, Texas
- Employment type: LTA
- Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, Saturday/Sunday and one weekday (Monday or Tuesday based on department need)
- Coverage note: Primarily weekend coverage; call participation is voluntary
Unit / Service Line
- CVOR service line includes cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures
- Service line is comprised of 4-6 ORs, including an endovascular suite
- Capacity for four concurrent procedures requiring cardiopulmonary bypass
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- CVOR (3 years of experience)
- CVOR experience within the last year
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Two or more completed travel assignments
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
