Schedule

• Day shift
• 8 hours per day
• 40 hours per week
• Variable schedule
• Self-scheduling is not allowed
• Weekends and holidays are worked in rotation with core staff

Required Qualifications

• BLS (AHA)
• Wisconsin state license
• Must complete all onboarding by the 2nd Monday of the month to avoid a delayed start
• Must note in submission if the clinician has ever worked for Marshfield; if previously worked there, the end date must be at least 6 months before submission
• Must clock in and out at the facility

Responsibilities

• ADL evaluation
• Documentation justifying next level of care

Additional Details

• All listed areas may need to be covered
• Department total volume is approximately 120-150 patients per day
• Typical productivity is 9 evaluations per day per therapist and 16 treatments per day per therapist
• Department orientation varies based on skill
• Any solid color, clean and professional scrubs are allowed
• The credentialing process can take up to 2 months or longer, depending on onboarding items
