Sonographer

Location: Dubuque, Iowa
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 18:00 - 05:00

Required Qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
MMR documentation
Fit Test: 3M 1860
Hepatitis B: 3 doses or declination
2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
Varicella documentation
Physical/Health Statement from an exam within the last year
