• 16 Bay Phase I PACU

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Dakota
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience working with Pediatric patients
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• Critical Care or Intermediate Unit experience
• EPIC experience

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts, with start times ranging from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
• Call: 3-5 weeknights in a six-week period, plus 1-2 weekends of call in 6 weeks

Float Scope

• SMCF PACU and Broadway Day unit (pre-post)
• Will be trained to float to the Day Unit as needed to care for phase two patients

Additional Notes

• Cannot take travelers living within 60 miles of the facility
• Local travel rate applies to candidates living within 60 to 80 miles of the facility
• Clinician must be noted in submission if they have ever worked for Sanford Health; if previously worked there, end date must be 6 months prior to submission date
• All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
• Scrubs: Ceil Blue (provided)
• Caring for all surgical specialties, adults and pediatric patients, including ICU, MRI, Oncology, and IR patients post-procedure
• Equipment used: AcuDose Medication Dispensing, Phillips monitors
