Overview

Location: Chicago, Illinois
Setting: Family Medicine practice spanning multiple locations
Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30
Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Summary

Supports nursing and patient care at a Family Medicine practice in Chicago.
Scope includes telephone triage, communicating results to patients, patient education, prior auths, quality metrics, and direct patient care.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Clinic (1 year of experience)
Clinic experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Family Medicine experience
