Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Wyoming
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS

Additional Details

Home Health provides a car for visits
Mileage reimbursement is 0.52 per mile, but the expectation is to use the home health cars
Travelers with a permanent address within 100 miles of the hospital are not accepted
All compliance documents must be uploaded 5 business days prior to start
