OB/L&D RN
Role Overview
Registered Nurse needed for Labor & Delivery, Post Partum rooms, BFHI, and babies rooming in with moms. Average volume is 40 deliveries per month and 6 C-sections per month.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 5 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- Post Partum experience
- Experience working with Neonate patients
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or ALSO
- BLS
- NRP
- AWHONN Advanced FHM or RNC-EFM
Additional Details
- May occasionally cover as charge nurse after charge nurse training
- 12-hour day shift
- Must be flexible to work other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Travelers may float to other departments where they are qualified to work, including patient care or task-oriented support roles
