LTC/SNF RN
Overview
- Location: Canton, South Dakota
- Setting: LTC/SNF facility
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day and evening
- Weekly hours: 36
- Weekend coverage: Every other weekend
- Holiday coverage: Every other holiday
Required Qualifications
- RN
- 2 years of experience working in LTC/SNF facilities
- AHA BLS
- Pointclickcare
- Charge experience
Facility Details
- 42 beds
- Nurse ratio: 2 nurses during days/eves and 1 nurse during nights
- Common patient types: LTC, memory care, dementia, ortho
- No behavioral risks currently
- Orientation includes building orientation and lifts, about 2–4 hours
Additional Notes
- LPNs can be utilized instead of RNs for this need
- Overtime is available
- No on-call or call-back available or billable
- Backouts and quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a fee
- Housing is available if using housing, at additional cost
