Overview

• Contract role in Alturas, California
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Physical Therapist (3 years of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of previous experience in physical therapy

Relevant Skills and Responsibilities

• Directs physical therapy services under the Director of Physical Therapy
• Coordinates and supervises department operations
• Administers physical agents prescribed by a referring physician
• Participates in continuous quality improvement activities
• Assists with budgeting and department charge review
• Assesses patients, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general patient populations
• Trains personnel using on-the-job training
• Communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Additional languages are preferred
