LTC/SNF RN

Overview

Role: LTC/SNF RN
Location: Canton, South Dakota
Facility type: LTC/SNF facility
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Primarily nights, 6p-6:30a, with some 2p-10:30p shifts possible
Hours per week: 36-48 hours/week
Start: ASAP

Required Qualifications

RN
2 years of working in LTC/SNF facilities
AHA BLS
Pointclickcare
Charge experience

Schedule

Two weekends on, one weekend off
Every other holiday

Unit Details

42 beds
Staffing ratio: 2 nurses during days/eves and 1 nurse during nights
Common patient types: LTC, memory care, dementia, ortho
No behavioral risks currently

Additional Notes

Overtime is available
No on call or call back available or billable
Location-specific orientation includes building orientation and lifts, about 2-4 hours
Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing (at additional cost)
