CVOR Tech
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
- 17-week contract
- Day/Evening schedule, 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Weekend call starts Friday at 1500 and ends Monday at 0700; you will not be scheduled the Friday you are on weekend call
- Will consider 4x12s
Required Qualifications
- CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
- 2 years of CVOR Technologist experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Completion of a surgical technologist program
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Cardiac/thoracic surgical experience including ECMO, CABG, ascending aorta procedures, LVAD, thoracic surgery, thoracic robotic (Da Vinci Xi), lobectomy, mitral valve procedures, VATS, and lung resection
- Transplant surgical experience (kidney and liver)
- Tracheostomy experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Strongest skills in cardiac/thoracic, including ECMO, CABG, ascending, LVAD, thoracic, thoracic robot Davinci Xi, lobectomy, mitral valves, VATS, and lung resection
