Tawes LTC RN

Role

Registered Nurse in Nursing Home and Skilled Nursing units.

Location

Crisfield, Maryland

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

12-hour shifts
Days: 6:45am-7:15pm
Rotating weekends required
Holiday pattern assigned upon placement

Required Qualifications

1 year experience required
BLS
Active MD state License

Unit Details

4 halls
19 beds per hall
Typical ratio: 1:19 on days and nights; may go down to 1:38 from 11p-7a depending on staffing

Orientation

8 hours of non-billable orientation
New employees complete onboarding in Salisbury, then facility-specific orientation in Crisfield
Day 1 includes online and classroom training, with unit shadowing if training finishes early
Days 2 and 3 include hands-on orientation on the assigned hall/unit
Day 4 includes assignment of a resident group with continued support as needed

Additional Notes

Local candidates are not accepted; 100-mile radius restriction
Client may call off or cancel up to 12 hours per 13-week assignment
Dress code: Navy Blue or Ciel Blue Scrubs
