Med Surg RN

Overview

Contract RN assignment in Med Surg for 13 weeks
Location: Auburn, Indiana
Small community hospital setting
20-bed unit
12-hour night shifts, 7pm–7am
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 or 1:6
No floating to other units/departments

Required Qualifications

IN RN license
BLS through AHA
1+ year of Medsurg experience

Unit Details

Bedside shift report
Foley care
Medication administration
I&O’s
Charting
NG care
Head to toe assessments

Additional Notes

Dress code: Carribbean Blue
Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
Call off policy: client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13-week assignment
