Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
Experience in a(n) Home Care setting

Schedule

Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks

Role Summary

Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence
Patients may range in age from birth to over 100 years
Collaborate with patient, family, physician, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services
Use electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and standards of practice
