Description
Physical Therapist
Location
- Muskegon, Michigan
Assignment Details
- LTA contract, 13 weeks
- Shift: 8:00am–4:30pm
- One 9:30am–6:00pm shift every 4 weeks on Thursday
- Every 4th weekend
- One full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 8:00am–4:30pm every 4 weeks on a rotation
- Wednesday before and Monday after the scheduled weekend are off as schedule adjust days to maintain 40 hours
- Must be available to work Thanksgiving or Christmas this holiday season
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Resume
- Skills checklist within a year
- 2 professional references

- Epic experience
