LTC/SNF RN

Overview

Location: Canton, South Dakota
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours: 36 per week
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend and every other holiday

LTC/SNF facility
42 beds
Typical staffing ratio: 2 nurses during days/evenings and 1 nurse at night
Common patient types: LTC, memory care, dementia, ortho
No behavioral risks currently

Required Qualifications

RN
2 years of experience working in LTC/SNF facilities
AHA BLS
Pointclickcare
Charge experience

Additional Notes

EMR: PCC
Building orientation includes lifts and is roughly 2–4 hours
No on-call or call-back available or billable
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using housing at additional cost
