MRI Technologist

Assignment Overview

• Traveler backfill assignment in Charlevoix, Michigan
• 13-week contract
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour day shifts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• ARRT (MR)
• State license, if applicable
• AHA BLS
• Valid state driver’s license, as applicable
• Ability to work at several locations
• COVID vaccine required

Preferred

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
• One or more years of MRI experience

Role Details

• Responsible for patient safety and high-quality MR studies
• Communicates with customers and radiologists as needed
• May train new technologists and/or Patient Coordinators
• Duties include pre-screening for contraindications, aseptic injection technique, ordering supplies, cleaning the unit, and assisting with transport preparation
