Overview

• Travel OR RN assignment in Aberdeen, South Dakota
• 13-week assignment
• New facility

Required Qualifications

• South Dakota RN license
• BLS
• ACLS
• 2 years minimum OR experience

Preferred Qualifications

• PALS

Schedule

• Full-time
• 8-hour shifts
• 64–80 hours per pay period
• Call rotation: 1–2 days per week, every 2nd–4th weekend, and rotating holidays

Unit Details

• OR department
• 4 OR suites
• 1 procedure room
• 8 PACU bays
• 18 Patient Center rooms

Responsibilities

• Circulate surgery cases
• Pull and prep for surgery cases
• Work from a preference card system
• Set up, clean, and turn over OR rooms
• Surgical specialties include general, OB/GYN, urology, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, cardiovascular, and bariatrics

Floating

• May float within the peri-operative department, including Patient Center and PACU

Additional Notes

• Scrubs provided
• All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
• If the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health, this must be noted in submission, and prior work there must have ended at least 6 months before submission
