LTC/SNF RN

Overview

Role: RN
Location: Canton, South Dakota
Facility type: LTC/SNF facility
Assignment length: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP
Hours per week: 36
Shifts: Day and evening
Shift pattern: Combination of 8s and 12s
Weekend coverage: Every other
Holiday coverage: Every other

2 years of working in LTC/SNF facilities
AHA BLS
Pointclickcare
Charge experience

Assignment Details

42 beds
Nurse ratio: 2 nurses during days/eves and 1 nurse during nights
Common patient types: LTC, memory care, dementia, ortho
No behavioral risks currently
Location-specific orientation includes building orientation and lifts, about 2–4 hours

Additional Notes

Overtime is available
No on-call or call-back available or billable
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing, and housing is available at additional cost
