Schedule

Additional Notes

Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing (at additional cost)
No charge differential at Good Samaritan Facilities
No on call or call back available or billable
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days notice incur a $500 fee
Location-specific orientation: arrive 1 hour before shift for building orientation and may shadow another person if possible
