Cardiac Med Registered Nurse - Progressive Care

Overview

Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Facility: 36-bed Cardiac Med Unit
Shift: 12hr Nights
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Start: January

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience

Work Expectations

Ratios: 4 to 5:1
Floating required; travelers are first to float and may float to other sister campuses
Must submit all requested demographic information at time of submission
All requested time off must be included on submission
Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start; no exceptions for pending documents

Additional Notes

Radius rule: 50 miles from permanent address
Culture is emphasized as very important
Travelers are expected to function as core staff does
