Treatment and Recovery Service Nurse Coordinator

Overview

Contract role in Lebanon, Oregon
Days shift: 0800-1630, no weekends
40 hours per week
13-week contract

Role Summary

Oversees and facilitates healthcare needs of clients under nursing leadership and in collaboration with the Program Director
Provides nursing care in the residential care unit and serves as a resource to other treatment team members
Works within a multidisciplinary substance use treatment program serving adults and their families in residential and outpatient settings

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
1 year of Addiction Medicine experience
Addiction Medicine experience within the last year
BLS
Certified Addiction RN
Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer drug screen
