Radiologic Technologist

Overview

Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Required call rotation
Potential holiday requirement
Surgery: O-arm and C-arm experience requested
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technician license in Indiana
Radiology Technician experience within the last year
1 year of Radiology Technician experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License
Experience with the C-arm
Experience with O-arm

Onboarding / Compliance

Medical imaging contract worker onboarding education attestation
Badge photo
MMR documentation or positive IGG titer
Fit test
Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination
Influenza vaccine or declination
Health statement or completed physical exam
Driver's license or state ID
2-step PPD or IGRA
Varicella documentation or immunity evidence
Tdap
Criminal background check
EPLS
Education verification
Confirmation of assignment
