Description

RN Med/Surg (Adult)

Overview

Contract length: 13 weeks
Location: St Johnsbury, Vermont
Shift: Night shift, 7pm–7am
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 36 hours per week, including every other weekend
Start: ASAP; no later than 11/11
Patient population: Mainly adults with occasional pediatrics
Unit: General Med/Surg unit
Bed count: 25-bed hospital

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Vermont
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg (3 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
Acute Care experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
Flu shot required

Preferred Qualifications

Meditech experience

Housing / Transportation

Local housing resources are available, but housing is the traveler’s responsibility
Reliable personal transportation is essential
Public transportation and rideshare services are not available
